Who we are
VIRTUSOR ("we", "us") runs this store from Florence, Italy. If you have any question about your data, email us at care@virtusor.com.
What we collect
When you order: your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, and what you bought. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we never see your full card number.
When you write to us: your messages and the details you give us.
When you browse: technical data such as your IP address, browser and device, and the pages you visit, collected with cookies and similar tools.
When you leave a review or sign up for emails: what you write and your email address.
Why we use it
To process and deliver your order, send you your digital gifts, handle returns and warranty requests, and answer your messages (to perform our contract with you). To prevent fraud and keep the store secure (our legitimate interest). To keep tax and accounting records (legal obligation). To send you emails about our products, only if you agree; you can unsubscribe at any time (consent). To measure and improve our store and our ads, with your consent where the law requires it (consent or legitimate interest).
Who we share it with
Only with the companies that help us run the store, and only what they need: Shopify (our store and checkout), our payment providers (such as Shopify Payments and PayPal), our fulfilment partners and the carriers that deliver your order, and the apps we use for reviews, order tracking, translation, bundles and email. Advertising and analytics partners such as Meta and Google receive data about your visit so we can show you relevant ads and measure them.
We do not sell your personal information.
Where it is processed
Some of these companies process data outside your country. When they do, we make sure your data is protected with the safeguards the law requires.
How long we keep it
Order data for as long as we need it for your order, returns and warranty. Invoices and order records for 10 years, as Italian law requires. Marketing data until you unsubscribe. Messages for as long as we need them to help you.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see, correct, delete or move your data, to limit how we use it, to object to how we use it, or to stop using it for marketing. You can withdraw any consent at any time, and ask us to stop using your data for ads. To do any of this, email care@virtusor.com.

Cookies
We use cookies that the store needs to work (for example to keep your cart), and cookies for analytics and advertising. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.
Children
Our store is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
