Orders and prices

Prices are shown in your currency at checkout. When you order, you will get a confirmation email; your order is accepted when we ship it or send your digital products. If a product is unavailable or a price was shown by mistake, we will tell you and refund you in full. We may cancel orders that look fraudulent.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Free gifts and offers

The texts, images, designs and symbols on this site belong to VIRTUSOR. Please do not copy them for commercial use.

Reviews and messages

If you send us a review, photo or message, you allow us to show it on our site and social media, with your first name. Please only send content that is yours and true.

We are responsible for the products we sell as required by law. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses.

Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. The consumer laws and protections of your country also apply.
