Free tracked shipping on every watch

Every order with a watch ships free and tracked, worldwide. Orders without a watch ship free from 59 USD, 49 EUR, 45 GBP, 79 CAD, 89 AUD or 99 NZD; below that, a small shipping fee is shown at checkout.

When it ships and arrives

Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 5 to 8 days from your order. Around holidays it can take a little longer.

When your order ships, we email you the tracking link. You can also follow it on our site under Track Your Order.

Digital gifts

Digital gifts and products arrive by email right after you order. Nothing to ship.

Changing your address

Email us as soon as possible: we can change the address only before your order ships. Please check your address at checkout, because we ship to the address you give us.

Duties and taxes

For most countries, duties and taxes are included or paid at checkout.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost on the way (tracking does not show it as delivered and it has not arrived), email us with your order number and we send you a new one or refund you.

If your parcel arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we make it right.

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with your neighbours and your local post office, then email us within 7 days. We will contact the carrier for you. Because the carrier has confirmed the delivery, a new parcel or a refund is not guaranteed in this case.
